February was the month of "Love"...but moving into March, you may need to be more grounded to face life's challenges as they can challenge you to grow in love and light.
Grounding Yourself in Self Love is just the way to start off the month right.
First of all, grounding is something we all should do on a daily basis. Here are a few easy and quick ways to ground yourself daily:
Drink plenty of water
Go outside and bask in the sun
Place your feet directly on the ground, bare feet are best on sand, dirt or grass.
Lie on the ground is even better ;)
Swim in the ocean
Take a salt water bath (be sure to rinse afterwards to remove the salt and energetic residue)
Wash your hands under running water and use salt soap for an added energy cleanse
Garden-get your hands in the dirt and touch plants
Take a walk in the woods
Eat nourishing, wholesome foods
How do you ground yourself in love or Self Love for that matter?
When you nurture yourself, body and spirit you express your self love for not only your physical and emotional body but the collective you are connected to on a deeper level. You are not only nurturing yourself but your mind, body and spirit that is connected to the earth, your physical family as well as your soul family, as well as your friends and the Universal source of all energy; we are all all part of that energetic whole. Replenishing your mind to think more positively and feel more fully will allow you to take in and express your energy in the most positive, loving way possible.

Using rocks, stones or even crystals for soothing anxiety and stress has been "a thing" for decades and "worry stones" are nothing new.
The "hard" truth about what "rocks" can do for you when you carry one with you:
When you reach in your pocket and touch the stone it will...
Allow you to focus on your senses- including your breathing.
Distract you from worry.
Place you in the present, "Here and Now" and removes you from the "Past" and "Future" thoughts that cause worry.
Provide a tangible item to focus on
Remind you to practice mindfulness
Serve as a "comfort" item you can carry with you discretely (in your pocket or a bag).
Crystal for the month of March:
BLOODSTONE (Seeing Things By Staying True to Oneself)
Bloodstone, a forest green colored jasper, can assist you in facing hard realities and challenges in this Earthly life. This stone is said to strengthen your root chakra and purifies your aura to help you ground fully in your body. As you bring your subtle body into balance with the energy of the bloodstone, you will also find you increase your inner vitality, to some known as Life Force Energy (LFE) and gives us "heart" to make necessary sacrifices, face painful realities and truths and endure physical and emotional trials with the strength of heart and body united.
A lore around this stone: During the Middle Ages, people believed the red spots in the stone were "blood" which
had fallen from Jesus during the crucifixion.
Affirmation: I am Guided By My Inner Strength
Message from the Akashic Records:
As a tree stands in the woods with massive roots at the heart of it all is family. You, as the tree, have a heart that is full of love and life from yesterdays passed, today it is rooted in the present and digs its roots deeper into the soil to make room for the tomorrows to come.
Our tree's roots run deep, stretching far and wide to ground us and nourish us. Our branches reach out to embrace those we love and to raise our arms and hands in prayer and praise for the love of All, the Universe, God (whomever and whatever it may mean to each of us-the core of love comes from our Creator).
We, the tree, stand in the "Here and Now:, living in the present moment. In the fall we may drop our leaves and release what does not serve us any longer, that which has died or has served its purpose. In winter we stand still and contemplative, being mindful and present in the moment. in spring, we regrow leaves and bloom again; we do not need to look ahead or behind, but rather benefit from remaining present to enjoy the glory of the moment we live in so we may love fully with our hearts fully open. Come summer, the sun shines upon us with greater intensity and we bask in the energy and love to again be present and live in the moment.
If you live to love in the moment, you appreciate wholeheartedly without regret of past "mistakes" but rather accept each as a lesson. Looking back may hinder our movement forward in love and light, but learning and growing from the past allows us to move forward and bloom iLike a tree that releases the dead leaves so it can store energy in its roots and releases it back out to help new leaves and flowers grow and bloom, we too release the old to make room for the new. Remain present and grounded in the Here and Now. Now is the only time which really exists. Yesterday happened, it is no longer a reality and tomorrow is not guaranteed or real until it happens in the now. The present moment is all we have. Your decisions NOW changes, shapes and alters the LATER moments in your life. Live fully Now so that Later you may have these memories stored with love.
Remain grounded in SELF LOVE, store your energy within your roots to help you bloom. Know and appreciate you are loved by all whose hearts you touch even when you feel alone or empty-your heart is full of love. Stop and take a deep breath in and fully and release any worries and doubts to the angels, earth, sky, sea, God-who lives within us all. Inhale deeply the love of the You-niverse, God and those loving angels surrounding, guiding and supporting you.
Look into your heart, the heart of the tree where animals have rested, made their nests, birthed their babies, and even evacuated this home for a new. Clear out those pieces of torn up shelter, twigs, leaves and leftover life pieces and parts to make room. Make room in your heart, your home, for Self Love, make room for new life and new memories, new love and new experiences. The past will not be forgotten by discarding what is no longer serving you. Just as the leaves drop from the tree, they protect the seeds and roots below, they compost and replenish the soil to nourish and add nutrients for you, the tree, to continue to grow and bloom. Do not hold on to the old, let in new, fresh, clean, clear memories and new love-SELF LOVE, use this loving energy to grow new leaves and beautiful flowers and make room to stretch your roots, and spring out new flowers and memories.
Ground yourself in the present, Here and Now and move forward with roots so deep you can walk the earth without moving at all. Your roots will carry your messages and your heart will hold the key to Self Love...Pure Love. Your leaves will be brighter with blossoming flowers anew! Release the old so you can Bloom and Grow!
With Gratitude and Grounding Love, DianaMarie
