Be aware of Your Energy and What Impacts It.





Being aware of your energy, making healthier choices and journaling daily will help you shift into a higher vibrational level. Being at a higher vibration will help clear negative, blocked energy, open your mind to your inner intuition and allow you to heal emotionally and physically.

Start by

1. being more aware of your health and life choices, 2. check in with yourself and the energy you are holding onto today.

3. Set your intentions for the day to let go of anything that no longer serves you and

4. jot down your daily gratitudes at the beginning or the end of the day.


Throughout the day:

5. be aware of your breath

6. express gratitude in the moment

7. be mindful of your thoughts.


These are just a few 7 to be exact ways in which you can shift into a positive mindset and higher vibration.

If you are struggling to ground yourself, step outside, breath in fresh air, let the sun shine on your face and even reach down and touch the earth or lean up against a tree to soak in the energy of Mother Earth who will transmute negative, unhealthy, stagnant energies.

  • Being judgmental of self or others

  • Exposure to electromagnetic frequency

Higher Vibration:

  • Connecting with nature and animals

  • Compassion

  • Sunlight

  • Laughter

  • Meditation and breath work

  • Giving back to others

  • Healthy natural foods, herbs, juices

  • Prayer

  • High-vibe music

  • Gratitude

  • Surrounding yourself with "beauty"

  • Having a spiritual connection

  • Self-love

  • Exercise
